Steps We're Taking:
Our offices are all currently set up to work from home to help stop the spread of COVID-19. At our warehouse and shops, we have increased efforts to disinfect high-touch and high-trafficked areas throughout the day and increased daily cleaning routines. We are also making sure all employees have up-to-date information on how to stay healthy and what preventative measures should be taken and the ability to stay home if they are feeling unwell.

Updated Return Policy:
We have updated our shipping policy from 30 days to 60 days. Our goal is that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original receipt/email confirmation within 60 days from the purchase date.

Shipping:
You may experience delays in shipping as we are taking the necessary precautions to protect you and our team. We are still working hard to get in-stock items shipped within 24 hours. Few items may temporarily have longer fulfillment times.

Customer Service:
Our customer service team is working hard to help all customers as quickly as possible. Due to technical difficulties and a higher volume of calls you may experience interruptions. In the event this occurs, please email us at sales@hatchethardware.com or message our chat here on the site. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank for your continued support and understanding.

How We're Supporting Local Veterans

Since our start in 2014, being able to help veterans and our local communities has been very important to us.  With each new Hatchet Hardware location, we make a yearly donation to the Wounded Warrior Project to help veterans all over the US. However, at the start of 2020 we decided that we wanted to find a way that we could also help veterans who are local to our shops.

In October of 2020, Hatchet Hardware of Palatine Bridge began working with Thomas Elwood of the local VFW located in Fort Plain, NY to get paint and supplies to help renovate their facilities and donate stick flags for the Veterans to use during memorial services.

In December of 2020, our capital region stores, Hatchet Hardware of Brunswick, Troy, Waterford, and Niskayuna, began working with the Veterans Miracle Center in Albany, NY. The Veterans Miracle Center (VMC) is an organization the offers Veterans and Active-Duty Military Personnel solutions to help enhance their lives. They provide clothing, houseware items, toys for their children, and much more. All their goods and services are free-of-charge to Veterans. Since our first donation was in December, we were able to bring hats, gloves, snow scrapers, and ice melt to the center.

Moving forward to continue our work with the VFW of Fort Plain, and the Veterans Miracle Association in Albany, veterans in need of tools or supplies that we offer at our shops can reach out to Tom at the VFW, or the Veterans Miracle Center and we will work with them to get the right supplies to the Veteran(s) in need.

If you know of Veterans association that is more local to one of our shops or a Veteran in need of tools/supplies you can reach out to us at caroline.bolibaugh@agdscorp.com. You can also fill out our donation request form here
